Simple communication to waiting members
Their problem was that quite often members who signed up for membership in one of their under construction gyms, would quickly find an alternative gym as they were not engaged throughout the refurbishment — which they refer to as Pre-sale membership Churn.
Their brief was to reduce this ‘Churn’. Me and Rosie (the writer) achieved this by using quirky messaging to keep the members interested, whilst popping in snippets of important information to ‘keep them in the loop’. This ‘loop’ graphic was consistent across the whole campaign.
